Tariff for 2013 (per room per night including breakfast)

Double or Twin room - kingsize bed (5') or super kingsize bed ('6') - £75

Single room - £43

For 3 nights or more we offer a discount of £3 per room per night

SPECIAL WINTER OFFERS:

3 nights for the price of 2 or 4 for the price of 3 - Sunday to Thursday

Sunday 4th November 2012 to and including Thursday 28th March 2013 - Excluding school holidays and weekends

Most major credit or debit cards accepted, subject to a bank handling charge of 50p for a debit card and 3% for credit cards

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total booking will be required, to be received within 5 days to confirm your booking.

If booking is not confirmed, we reserve the right to re-let the room.

Due to last minute cancellations, unfotunately we no longer accecpt cheques as a deposit, deposits to be made by credit or debit cards only.

Our Cancellation Policy:

21 days to cancel with no charge. Less than 7 days, we will try to re-let your room, but if not successful, there will be a booking fee of the first night

Rooms cancelled last minute, or 'no shows' will be charged the full amount of their intended stay, debited from card details

If you decide to leave early at any time during your stay, the full amount for any rooms reserved will be payable
